CCSD students have some tough decisions quickly approaching. Many will be deciding which magnet schools they want to apply for. It can be an incredibly tough process for them to narrow down their interests and pick which programs they’d like to explore further.

That’s why STEM for Nevada was grateful to be a part of Lied STEM Academy’s Magnet School Night. Students from all over the area came to learn about what programs are available to apply for. We were there to demonstrate some amazing STEM concepts and highlight what careers could be available with the pursuit of STEM education. It was an awesome event and we hope every student left feeling more confident about what magnet schools they would like to apply for.
