It has been an action packed summer for SFN! One of the major highlights was the tour to the Integrated Test Stand at the Nevada National Security Sites. Here students got a glimpse of what a cutting edge STEM career in Nevada can look like, and how the skills they learned during MECH Workshops can prepare them for a future as innovators and problem solvers.

Support from organizations like the NNSS help students see the real outcomes of sticking with STEM and the power of continuous learning and growth. Thank you to the NNSS for supporting this once in a lifetime experience for these students!
